Return and Exchange Policy

Please be informed that all products purchased on our website are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Before purchasing a product, the buyer must carefully review its description, specifications, and all other provided information. Order confirmation is considered a final decision to purchase the product.

Products are not eligible for return or exchange, except in the following cases:

  • the product is clearly defective,
  • the product does not match the order (incorrect item received).

In such cases, the buyer must contact us within 3 business days from the date of delivery and provide a description of the issue along with photos.
